We met with Cwmpas Cymru this week to review and finalise the rules for Talking Wales as a Community Benefit Society. We’re now in a position to incorporate and register with the Financial Conduct Authority which oversees CBS’s.
Work is now progressing on our “pioneer share offer”, the details of which we will be able to share once we are registered with the FCA.
we are being advised by a number of experts offering support from a business, commercial and legal perspective.
Now that the company work is largely concluded along with the business plan we can now focus on the service we will be delivering, staffing and technical structures.
So keep an eye out for next week’s update when we’ll be sharing some more information on the type of services you can expect from Talking Wales.
