This is huge news for us, although frustratingly it has taken longer than we anticipated, it now means we can start trading and raise the funds required for our launch.
We want to thank the team at Anthony Collins Solicitors and Cwmpas Wales for their hard work and support in getting us to this point.
We’re now putting together the share prospectus which will include our business plan which will be made available to potential investors.
The hard work starts today.
